This guide outlines our approach to conducting client stand-ups, focusing on delivering exceptional service while adhering to our established guidelines and processes.

Purpose

The primary purpose of our client stand-up meetings is to provide a regular, structured opportunity for open communication between the project team and the client. These meetings allow us to:

Participants
